How to find User/User.ini file in PokerStars settings?

There will be pop-up window 'Execute':
- Print or copy-paste the following text in the search line: %USERPROFILE%AppDataLocal and press Enter;
- Find the folder of your poker client (usually it is called 'PokerStars') and open it;
- Find the file User or User.ini and open it in any text format, but not Word (use Notepad, for instance). You can do it with the right mouse click and the command 'open with...' - 'Notepad'.
It is important to shut down PokerStars client before making any changes to User file.
In the end of the file (right after the lat line) insert the following text:

WriteCallStack=1
WriteMiniDump=1
Save the file and leave it where it was (Ctrl+S) and restart PokerStars client.
These simple actions will help you to restore the stable work of PokerStars client. Many users noticed that after making all these actions PokerStars client started to work correctly and only few faced the problems with the work of supporting soft.
